Adam Commens will present on the strengths of values based coaching and a holistic approach to preparing teams for sustained success. After researching major sporting teams that have achieved long term success, it has become evident that an over arching theme centred around development of a high performance culture was a common tread across all these teams. Comens will explain the process behind developing this culture.

Na de Olympische Spelen van Rio 2016 werd hij benoemd tot High Performance Director bij de Belgische Hockeyfederatie. Onder zijn leiding behaalden de Red Lions wereldkampioenstitel in 2018, Europees kampioenschap in 2019 en Olympisch goud in 2021. Ook de Red Panthers (Belgische dames) stegen van buiten de top 10 naar een sterke mondiale positie, inclusief een Europees zilver en een vierde plaats op de Spelen van Parijs 2024.
