Absolutely, dogs are definitely welcome on our domain. However, you must keep them on a leash.
If you want to let your dog run free, go to our dog-walking area, where your four-legged friend can really let off steam.
During the high season, dogs are not allowed inside our beach zone. Out of season dogs are welcome there, but only on the promenade and not on the beach itself.
It goes without saying that you should clean up what your dog leaves behind.

No, you are not allowed to go on the water with your own equipment for safety reasons.
You can only play water sports if you are part of a sports class or sports camp supervised by one of our monitors.

No, scooters are not allowed in our centre. You can park them in one of our car parks.

We have several playgrounds on our domain. The playground at the Zuiderbad is very spacious, always accessible free of charge and for all ages.
On our beach you will find a second adventure playground, which can only be accessed during the high season if you buy a beach ticket. The rest of the year it can also be accessed free of charge.

If the approach of your photo shoot conforms to our values and standards, permission may be granted. You can apply for this permission via hofstade@sport.vlaanderen.
Please note that the fee is € 250 per half day.
We are often asked to take photos on the site of the old swimming pool. For safety reasons, this is not allowed.

Of course, in our sports complex you can visit the cafeteria of Get Insane, our skating friends.
On the beach and next to our playin, you will find our colleagues from het Zuiderbad for a refreshing drink or tasty bite.
