Clear clothing and safety regulations apply to our skating lessons to ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.

Sportswear
Wear warm, sporty clothing that allows you to move freely. Don’t overdo it – it’s not an expedition to the North Pole.
You may wear slightly thicker socks in your skates, but please avoid wearing two pairs of socks on top of each other.

Helmet and Gloves Required
A helmet and gloves are mandatory during the lessons. Bring your own helmet or borrow one from Sport Vlaanderen Hasselt.

Additional Protection
Anyone who wishes may wear additional protective gear, but this is not mandatory.
