What skate sizes are available?

We provide free skates in the following sizes:
- figure skates: size 24 to 48
- ice hockey skates: size 37 to 50

Are skating aids available?

Various skating aids are available free of charge for children up to 1.25 m, subject to availability. During disco skating on Friday evenings, they are not available for safety reasons.

What is included in the price of a skating ticket?

The admission price includes access to the ice rink, free lockers, and all equipment such as skate rental and the use of skating aids for children.

Can I come skating as a G-athlete?

Of course! As a G-athlete, you are entitled to a reduced-rate ticket. You can also use our skating aids or one of our luiglaces free of charge for a fully wheelchair-accessible skating experience, at no extra cost.

Can I organize a film or photo shoot in your centre?

Are you working on a film, TV production, commercial, photo shoot, or promotional video and would you like to record a scene at our location? Please submit a request in advance.

Filming and photography for public purposes are only permitted after approval from Sport Vlaanderen.

Can you eat or drink in our centre?

In the Skateworld sports bar in our sports complex, you can enjoy a snack or drink before or after an intensive skating session or an exciting match.

Am I entitled to a tax certificate when participating in a sports lesson?

Childcare expenses may, under certain conditions, qualify for a tax reduction. Participation in sports lessons does not entitle you to a tax certificate. A tax certificate only applies to childcare, which is not the case for sports lessons.

Tickets

Made a mistake during your order or unable to attend?

We can reschedule your public skating tickets to another session.
Please send us an email before the start of the session including your order ID and the date and time of the new session. We are available by email from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Validity of my ticket

Tickets are only valid for the skating sessions mentioned on the ticket under date and time slot. The time slot indicates the start and end time of the skating session.

Group rate

The group rate is only valid for groups of at least 15 people. Visitors who purchased incorrect tickets will not be admitted to the ice rink and will not be entitled to a refund.
