How long does a climbing session take?

The total duration of the activity is 2 hours.

Included are putting on the climbing equipment, a safety briefing and exploring some courses. Our professional instructors will supervise during the climbing and offer help where needed.

Does the high ropes course close in bad weather?

Our motto is ‘bad weather does not exist, bad clothing does’.

The climbing park is largely located among trees and is therefore well sheltered. In principle, climbing can go on at any time.

We only close the high ropes course in extreme weather conditions: strong wind (> 120km/h), thunderstorms or freezing rain.

I am with fewer participants. Can I get my money back?

We assume that the number of people you have reserved for will actually come.

When you make a reservation, we will send the admission ticket in the form of an E-ticket.

We keep the climbing equipment separate for reserved groups and cannot resell it to other potential participants.

For this reason, we cannot provide refunds.
