Practical arrangements
Ready for a pony birthday party?
To ensure the birthday party runs as smoothly as possible, we ask you to carefully read the information below:
- You will receive a schedule of the party in advance so you know what to expect.
- The invoice will be sent by email afterwards.
- On the day itself, we will meet at the entrance of recreation hall 1 on the site. A Sport Vlaanderen supervisor will be there to welcome you.
- Please arrive on time; the party lasts at least 2 hours.
- Each party is guided by an instructor who ensures a safe and fun environment.
- Do you have questions during the party? Feel free to speak to the instructor—they’ll be happy to help.
Is it raining during your party?
Bring appropriate rainwear and don’t let the rain spoil your party.
Extra treats?
Before or after the party, you can optionally enjoy a snack or drink in the tavern. Reservations can be made via the form. Please note: this is not included in the party price.
