To ensure the birthday party runs as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following arrangements:
- You will receive a schedule of the party in advance, so you know what to expect.
- The invoice for the party will be sent afterwards by email.
- We meet on the day at the stone staircase on the site (diagonally opposite Manege Taverne Kattevenia). A Sport Vlaanderen instructor will be waiting for you there.
- Please arrive on time, as the birthday party lasts at least 3 hours.
- Each party is supervised by an instructor who ensures a safe and fun environment.
- Do you have questions during the party? Feel free to ask the instructor, they will be happy to help you.
Is it raining during your party?
Bring appropriate rain clothing and don’t let the rain spoil your party.
Extra treat?
Before or after the party, you are welcome to enjoy a snack or drink at the tavern. Reservations can be made via the form. Please note: this is not included in the party price.
