Ideal for those with little or no experience in mountain biking.

You already master basic skills such as braking, shifting gears and taking simple corners.

You can already ride uphill and downhill and take corners smoothly.

You are comfortable riding uphill and downhill, can take corners without difficulty and already have some experience with technical sections such as rock gardens and obstacles.
Learn, pedal and enjoy!
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will learn various techniques and work on maintaining a correct riding position. The versatile bike park, with its cross-country, pump track and dirt zones, is the ideal place to do so.

Am I entitled to a tax certificate if my child participates in sports lessons organised by Sport Vlaanderen?
Childcare expenses may qualify for a tax reduction, provided certain conditions are met. Participation in sports lessons does not entitle you to a tax certificate. A tax certificate only applies to childcare or child-minding services, which is not the case for sports lessons.
