Sports4All Innovation Summit

We are excited to welcome you all on December 1th 2025 to join the the 2nd edition of the Sports4All Innovation Summit, in Antwerp, Belgium.

Following the success of the first edition in Paris - where we fostered meaningful connections - Sport Vlaanderen (BE), SportInnovator (NL), Sport England (GB) and other fellow frontrunners from Europe look forward to continuing the momentum.

There is an urgent issue: rising inequalities in physical activity levels among European citizens. What needs to be done to bend the curve? We believe that scaling social sport providers is one of the key enablers to closing the persistent policy-implementation gap.

Ready for the match’ embodies the essence of this event: by focusing on the sporting experience and employing smart, user-centred strategies and innovations, we aim to build a sustainable future for all and ensure winning combinations. We want to bring together decision-makers, innovators, implementers, and experts to jointly make an impact in the years to come.

The event will take place in and around the inspiring setting of “A Room with a ZOO” in Antwerp, a unique conference venue that sparks the imagination and is easily accessible by public transport.

The Sports4All Innovation Summit is part of Sport Vlaanderen’s Sportinnovatiecongres, which means you are also free to attend (other) sessions of your choice (note that most sessions are in Dutch).

Join us to discover Europe’s most innovative social sport solutions, learn from like-minded pioneers tackling similar challenges, and contribute to the future of sports.

Entrance ticket (incl. walking lunch & network reception): € 115

Invitationals - Sportinnovators: 3-day Sports4All Innovation Summit

There is a 3-day version of the Sports4All Innovation Summit, which will take place from November 30 to December 2. The first and third day of this Summit are reserved for a limited group of national policy makers (as part of a Peer Learning Activity) and a selection of 20 pioneering inspirational social sport innovators across Europe (as part of a support programme).

Inclusion criteria

The types of social sport organisations we believe are best suited to be selected for this 3-day event are those that are:

  • Focused on sport & physical activity related products, services, or technologies targeting the less active populations, with a focus on 4 groups in particular: children & young people, the elderly, low SES individuals and people with a disability.
  • A well-defined scalable business and a viable product or service (with a proven track record) that is aligned with the thematic focus of tackling inequalities with a renewing or pioneering (often user-centered) mindset.
  • Semi-established projects with a capable founding team that wants to scale, share, co-create and monitor impact (SROI). An interest in learning from other countries with the potential and ambition to scale (e.g., into other markets) and showcase impact.

Expected outcomes and impact

By leveraging our suite of services at the Sports4All Innovation Summit, participants will be well-equipped to navigate the competitive landscape of the sports industry. We believe this will look like the following benefits:

  • Greater impact for the social innovators we are highlighting as best practice. Thereby closing the policy implementation gap and bending the sport participation curve.
  • Strengthened innovation networks across Europe with the potential to influence and advocate for more inclusive and innovative approaches to addressing inequalities.
  • Increased knowledge of how to provide practical support to social innovators that allows them to grow and sustain their operations.

The candidacy for social sport innovators is open.
